PH.D. POSITION IN GEOMECHANICS/GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING

A fully funded Ph.D. position is currently available in the field of Geomechanics and Geotechnical Engineering at Louisiana State University (LSU). Interested candidates are invited to apply for the Geotechnical Engineering Program in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering, LSU. The anticipated start date is fall semester of 2017 or early 2018. Topics of research for this position include mainly Hydraulic Fracturing Initiation and Propagation Modeling and Analytical/Numerical Analyses of Pile Foundations.
