你好，文章下载后，我看了下，不过没有涉及到径向分布函数与范德华力之间的关系的。请指点。

平均力势“potential of mean force”找到这个，后面有平均力势和径向分布函数的关系，平均力势的意义“The potential of mean force can be obtained in Monte Carlo or Molecular Dynamics simulations which examines how a system's energy changes as a function of some specific reaction coordinate parameter”.因此，你可据此来解释你的问题。因为能量对位移的微分就是力

谢谢，我看过了正篇文章，不过没有并没哟提及the potential of mean force 与rdf之间的关系，也没有提及您刚才讲的那个定义。是不是在另外一篇文献上呀。

你没认真看，在文章中我只是用了它们的关系，W（r）=-k_BT ln（g(r)）,在文章2.1最后一段里面。关于它的意义自己看一下百科解释！

谢谢提醒，看文献时，只关注文字本身而忽略公式中的g(r)，也无需编程，晚点尝试将径向分布函数的数据导出来，在excel中计算下，看结果合理不。
