No. Open Access is related to how people get access to your publications. Gold means immediate access, green may be delayed access after embargo. Obviously, if you pay to publish in Open Access the price is different, Gold is more expensive than Green, and sometimes you do not have to pay Green Open access at all if your research was funded by some government agencies. It's not so easy to explain in a single post in a forum. The ACS and Elsevier have good documents that you can read about this.
