　　博士后：
　　1、已经或即将博士毕业，具有有机化学、有机材料化学或有机高分子化学的研究背景，熟练掌握相关领域知识及分析检测方法，有较强的独立研究工作及英文科技论文读写能力；
　　2、工作勤奋、踏实，对科研工作有极大的热情和探索精神，有团队协作精神。
　　研究助理：
　　1、硕士、博士或特别优秀的本科毕业生，具有有机化学、有机材料化学或有机高分子化学等相关领域研究背景，有一定独立研究工作能力，能够熟练阅读科技论文；
　　2、工作勤奋、踏实，有团队协作精神。
　　联合培养研究生：
　　1、有机化学、材料化学或高分子化学相关专业在读的硕士生、博士生；
　　2、工作勤奋、踏实，有团队协作精神，能在本课题组全职工作不少于2年。
