       具体要求如下:
  博士后:经或即将博士毕业,具有有机化学、有机材料化学或有机高分子化学的研究背景,熟练掌握相关领域知识及分析检测方法,有较强的独立研究工作及英文科技论文读写能力;工作勤奋、踏实,对科研工作有极大的热情和探索精神,有团队协作精神。
  研究助理:硕士、博士或特别优秀的本科毕业生,具有有机化学、有机材料化学或有机高分子化学等相关领域研究背景,有一定独立研究工作能力,能够熟练阅读科技论文;工作勤奋、踏实,有团队协作精神。
  联合培养研究生:有机化学、材料化学或高分子化学相关专业在读的硕士生、博士生;工作勤奋、踏实,有团队协作精神,能在本课题组全职工作不少于2年。
