A compressed summary of the research is as follows:
Wireless network services are increasingly in need to leverage on big data. Here is one of the world’s first projects to combine big data analytics (spatial-temporal pattern recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP)) to identify service issues that can inform the superior deployment of network services.
