以下是拒稿信： I have received your paper and submitted it for an initial "summary review" by the Editors. This type of review is conducted on manuscripts submitted to the Journal promptly to determine whether they provide significant, new, and important information. With the exception of Special Topics, and selected Review articles, we are looking for articles that have novel data and outcomes of high scientific importance. We are experiencing a tremendous increase in the number of original papers submitted to the Journal on the one hand, and are encountering increasing space limitations on the number of articles we publish on the other. Because of this situation, papers that provide confirmatory information or information that is not groundbreaking no longer hold priority. Although yours is an interesting and potentially good paper, it unfortunately does not convey enough sufficiently new information or innovations to warrant its publication in the IJHCI. We wanted to send you this information as soon as possible so that you could determine an alternate course of action for your paper without delay.
