邮箱投稿两个月也没有收到任何回复，不知道编辑部收到稿件没有。准备撤稿，改投其他的。

应该还是有收稿的吧，前端时间我还收了一个邀稿信件呢。但不知道是不是SIC源刊不。

该杂志不收稿了，请看它的声明。

The International Board of BENA on March 28th 2011 decided regarding JEPE the following:


1) In order to improve the scientific level of the published papers, from now on
the papers will be submitted to BENA without advanced payment of the
publication fees.The fees will be paid after the acceptance of the paper to publish
to JEPE.The publication fees remain 50 euro per paper.(providing that the author is BENA member of
the submission paper).


2) Only BENA members (at least one of the authors), from now on, can submit papers
for publication to JEPE (He or she has to pay his/her BENA membership during the
year of his/her paper submission).


3) In order to recover the many papers accumulation for publication (2009-2010), has been also
decided to issue two (2) extra Books (3A and 4A), in November of 2011 and in January 2012.
We remind to all, that untill 2013 there is no possibility to publish any paper, since JEPE has to publish
more than 400 previously submitted papers (2009-2010).
Please transfer the above information to all our members.
